Renewing your strength means believing in yourself and knowing that you are worth doing whatever it takes to take care of yourself. 

It is knowing that in the long run you shape your life and the choices you make are ultimately yours. 

It is realizing that the best project you will ever work on is you and it is taking action to work on you. 

Renewing your strength is not only what you do for yourself but also what you do not do. It means that you chart the course of your life and not leave it up to chance. 

It means knowing that you are responsible for the quality of your life.  It means that you take responsibility for your health and wellness and understand that growing older does not mean that you have to grow weaker. 

Renewing your strength means not making excuses, not complaining and not worrying...it means taking action and doing something about your health and fitness.  It means setting health and fitness goals and working to achieve them.
